Camp Buffalo has a great  Trading Post whether you are looking for a merit badge booklet, a patch, a t shirt, a candy bar, ice cream, newe Camp Buffalo logo’ed items or a wonderful slushy drink among many other things, the Trading Post is the place to get it.

We accept cash and credit cards.

Normal Trading Post hours are:

Sunday 7:15 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Monday- Friday  9:00 a.m. – 10 a.m.
2:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
7:15 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Saturday   9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.

The Trading Post is closed during campfire ring show and during meals.

We know of at least 3 spots that it was.

  1. The trading post was located in the 1980’s in the west end of what is now the MultiPurpose Building. Where the Birk Bunkrooms are, was where the trading post was at one time.
  2. The trading post was located in a building that was located near the main pump house and Drompp Nature Building. This was where it was at in the 1970’s and before. Below is a picture of it.
  3. The trading post was located for a time in what was known as either the director’s cabin or cooks cabin. Below also is a picture of that building which existed a bit west of the gaga ball pit. It was told that there was a deck up to that window to the left of the door and that is where they sold trading post items.
